Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we are unable to accept returns for general change-of-mind once a plant has been delivered and removed from its shipping packaging. The 30-day return window for other eligible products below does not override this live-plant exception.

If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition due to shipping, please report it within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will assess and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

All eligible returns include a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
